Barn XO is a family owned furniture studio based in Chicago. What started in 2013 as a garage project between two brothers building their mother a surprise dining table has grown into one of the most trusted names in custom furniture.

It has become our family’s passion to continue building beautifully timeless, eco-friendly furniture that others could showcase in their own homes. Being committed to the concept of sustainability and the future of planet Earth, our family was inspired to make furniture pieces exclusively out of reclaimed materials from barns all over the Midwest.

Our mission is simple. Create meaningful, long-lasting furniture using reclaimed and sustainable materials. Every Barn XO piece is built with purpose, designed to age gracefully, and made to feel at home in homes, restaurants, and commercial spaces across the country.

Our materials are sourced from historic Midwest barns, reclaimed mills, and Chicago architectural salvage, blending heritage with modern design. Each board carries the unique grain, patina, and character shaped by years of weather and use.
